Salman Khan Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison in 2002 Hit-and-Run Case, Gets Bail Till Friday

Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan was today sentenced to five years for killing a homeless man and injuring four others in a hit-and-run in 2002. He has been granted an interim bail till Friday by the Bombay High Court. The news came as a shock to many celebrities who showed their support to the Khan family. Many of them also took to twitter to express their views on the verdict.
