Retired Supreme Court judge AK Ganguly is accused of sexually harassing an intern at a five-star hotel in Delhi last December, a charge substantiated by a top court panel which concluded yesterday that he indulged in "unwelcome verbal/non-verbal conduct of sexual nature."
