Central Finance Minister Arun Jaitley expressed his thoughts today at a media briefing in New Delhi.
President's rule was imposed in Uttarakhand today. Leaders from various political parties exchanged blows over the decision which came only 24 hours before Harish Rawat, the state's former Chief Minister, was due to prove his majority.
This is murder of our democracy and the constitution.
