New Delhi: According to the latest revelations by WikiLeaks, which quotes from a July 20 plenary session of UAE-Gulf security Dialogue (GSD), the members agreed that Islamabad needs to focus resources to fight insurgency rather than obsessing with India as its potential military foe.
