Grasse, a town in southern France, has witnessed a shooting incident at high school, in which two students have been injured. The local authorities have said the incident involves students and is not terror related. A 17-year-old student has been arrested. Earlier today, at the Paris office of International Monetary Fund, a letter had exploded when it was opened. One person was mildly injured, the police said, adding that the bomb was home-made.
