Maryland: Three people have died and two are seriously injured after a shooting at a business park in Maryland in the US. Police say this is a case of targeted killing and not a random shooting.
The suspect opened fire with a handgun at Emmorton Business Park Wednesday morning in Harford County in northeastern Maryland. The suspect and the victims are all associated with the same company, said a police officer.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler have identified the suspect as Radee Labeeb Prince, who they say might be driving a 2008 black GMC Acadia SUV with Delaware registration. He said the suspect has a criminal history, but did not give out details.
The 37-year-old suspect is considered armed and dangerous, police said, adding that they are searching for him. "The individual out there on the loose who committed one of the most heinous crimes in the county, consider him armed and dangerous," a police officer said, adding "We do not think that there is an immediate threat to the community."
Schools around the area have been locked down as a precautionary measure.
