Los Angeles, United States: Three Palm Springs police officers were shot on Saturday, according to police in the south Californian city.
The Palm Springs Police Department said the condition of the officers is unknown.
According to the Los Angeles Times, two of the officers were gravely injured and at least one might not survive. It said the shooting triggered a massive manhunt for the suspect.
An "active scene" was unfolding near the intersection of North Sunrise Way and East Racquet Club Road, police said.
