Two-time GRAMMY winner LL Cool J is hosting the show tonight.
Four years ago, Whitney Houston had performed at the Gala on the stage of the Beverly Hilton Hotel ballroom.
Tragically, the Gala was hosted by a devastated Clive Davis, record producer and industry icon, mentor to Whitney Houston who was also his discovery.
Eerily, Saturday night's Pre-Grammy Gala was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel ballroom, where a few hours ago Pop Queen Whitney Houston was discovered dead, in one of its rooms.
If you love music, this is your night. But without a doubt, this is also a different night.
