Riyadh: An 82-year-old Indian pilgrim, who arrived in Saudi Arabia four months ago for Umrah pilgrimage, has gone missing, a media report said on Sunday.
Mohammed Rashid Mustafa, who hails from India's southern state Kerala, went missing from the premises of the Grand Mosque in Mecca last week, Arab News reported.
The octogenarian had come to the Gulf nation with an Umrah pilgrimage group April 27.
Mustafa's relatives and friends launched a massive search for him in Mecca's hospitals and other places but could not find him till Saturday.
Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca that can be made at any time of the year.
