BELGRADE:
The United States warned today of the need to find Syrian or Arab ground forces to take on ISIS, saying the militant group would not be defeated by air strikes alone.
"I think we know that without the ability to find some ground forces that are prepared to take on Daesh, this will not be won completely from the air," US Secretary of State John Kerry told a meeting of the OSCE in Belgrade, referring to the jihadist group commonly known as ISIS.
He said he was referring to Syrian or Arab forces.
