A month after the Air France crash, a Yemeni airliner with 150 people on board has crashed in the Indian Ocean near the Comoros islands, northwest of Madagascar.
The Yemeni government officials confirmed the crash, saying it happened early on Tuesday.
The airliner belonging to Yemeni state carrier Yemenia Air crashed with 150 people on board.
Officials have not been able to confirm the exact accident site, but have said the plane went down off the Comoros islands in the Indian Ocean.
The Comoros vice president said they didn't know if there were any survivors just yet.
According to BBC, the details of the flight are also unknown, but there was a flight from Sanaa, the capital of Yemen, which was a connecting flight from Paris.
