New Delhi:
The 15th ASEAN summit begins on Friday at the Tahi beach resort of Cha-am, Thailand, after it was cancelled in April when protestors broke into the venue.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chinese premier, Wen Jiabao will meet at the summit to discuss bilateral relations, and regional and international issues.
The meeting comes at a time when China has protested the Prime Minister's visit to Arunachal Pradesh and is also opposing the Dalai Lama's proposed visit to the area.
