Brussels: Belgian police carried out a series of raids in Brussels today to find information related to one of the Paris suicide bombers and also detained a person during a separate house search, federal prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said six addresses were searched in various districts across the Belgian capital as part of an existing investigation opened at the start of the year into Belgium-based Bilal Hafdi, who blew himself up near the Stade de France.
One person was detained in another raid in northern Brussels related to the Paris attacks, prosecutors added.
