Boeing offers to assist Pakistan in crash probe
Islamabad: US aircraft company Boeing has offered technical assistance to Pakistan in the investigation into the plane crash that killed 127 people on Friday.

In a condolence message, the company expressed sympathy with the bereaved families and said it was ready to help Pakistan's Civil Aviation Authority in probing the accident.

The assistance will be provided through the US National Transportation Safety Board, Geo TV reported.

The Bhoja Airlines flight with 118 passengers and nine crew members crashed on Friday, minutes before it was to land at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport here at 7 pm, apparently due to bad weather. The plane had taken off on its maiden flight from Karachi at 5 pm

Interior Minister Rehman Malik confirmed Saturday that all 127 people on board the aircraft have died and their bodies have been shifted to a hospital for identification.
