Brussels:
Europe's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier said Britain and the EU would remain "allies, partners and friends" after their leaders seal their Brexit deal Sunday.
"Now it is time for everybody to take their responsibility," he said as he arrived at the summit in Brussels that will endorse the hard-won document.
