Beijing:
A Chinese passenger plane today lost its way while taxiing on the runway after its arrival at an airport in southern China.
The China Eastern Airlines plane from Nanchang to Singapore lost its way at the Nanning Airport during a stopover when it took a wrong turn.
The flight was eventually towed away from the tarmac to its scheduled gate position and all passengers deboarded safely, state-run Xinhua news agency reported without citing the number of passengers on the plane.
The airline arranged another plane to fly the passengers to Singapore.
The cause of the incident is under investigation, the report said.
