The FBI has arrested a National Security Agency contractor in a probe into the possible theft of top-secret codes developed to hack foreign governments, US authorities said Wednesday.
"A criminal complaint has been filed charging Harold Thomas Martin III, 51, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, with theft of government property and unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials by a government employee or contractor," the Department of Justice said in a statement.
