President Francois Hollande arrived today on France's Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier to meet air crews launching strikes on ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq, an AFP journalist said.
Hollande is expected to give a speech to the crew of the carrier which is off the coast of Syria, three weeks after he declared "war" on the terrorists after attacks on Paris in which 130 were killed.
