Garissa, Kenya:
Armed gunmen stormed Kenya's Garissa University early today, with explosions and gunfire rocking the campus lying some 150 kilometres (90 miles) from the border of war-torn Somalia, police said.
"There is an attack at the university and more police officers have been sent there, and the military," said police spokesman Gatiria Mboroki.
