The caravan is due to arrive in Gaza on 27 December 2010, which will mark the Second Anniversary of the Israeli assault on Gaza.Since the Islamic group Hamas took over the power in Gaza in 2007, Gaza has been largely cut off from the world by an Israeli border blockade.
