Indonesia on Tuesday ordered an inspection of all Boeing 737-MAX planes after a Lion Air jet plunged into the sea with 189 people aboard, but authorities stopped short of grounding the new model.
"I have instructed airlines to conduct an inspection of all Boeing 737-MAX (planes)," said transport minister Budi Karya Sumadi.
