Tehran, Iran:
An Iranian news agency says an Iranian fighter jet has crashed in the country's south, near a nuclear power plant.
The agency quotes local government official Gholam Reza Keshtkar saying the airforce plane crashed on Tuesday north of Bushehr.
Keshtkar says the pilot and co-pilot ejected from the plane before it crashed but were taken to the hospital.
The Bushehr nuclear power plant -- Iran's first such facility -- is expected to start fueling up this week.
