Kathmandu: Plane with 14 people on board crashes, no survivors
Kathmandu: A small passenger plane heading to the Mount Everest region has crashed outside Nepal's capital in heavy rain with 14 people aboard, including four U.S. nationals, a British and a Japanese tourist.

Tri Ratna Manandhar of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal confirmed there were no survivors and all on board were killed in Tuesday's crash.

Manandhar said there were four Americans, one British and one Japanese aboard the plane and the remaining passengers and crew were Nepalese.

The carrier Agni Air released a passenger list which identified the Americans as I. Shekhets, L. Cordoso, H. Finch and K. Fallon, while the Japanese was named as Yuki Hayasi and British as Jeremy Taylor.
