Buena Park, California:
Authorities in Southern California say a man bit off another man's eyebrow during a fight at a house party, chewed it up and spat it out.
The Los Angeles Times reports that 29-year-old Luis Miguel Aguilar was arrested on Monday after he got into a fight with a 41-year-old man at a party on Friday night.
Buena Park Police Cpl Andy Luong says the man lost "a pretty good chunk" of skin and hair on his face, an area about the size of an egg.
The man will require reconstructive surgery. His identity has not been released.
Aguilar was expected to be arraigned on Thursday on one count of felony mayhem.
