Geneva: A collision between two light aircraft in Switzerland on Sunday has left six people with serious injuries, according to police.
One of the planes crashed in a field in the canton of St Gallen. Local police cited by Swiss news agency ATS said the four people on board were seriously injured in the accident.
The other aircraft made an emergency landing in nearby Sitterdorf. Both passengers also suffered serious injury.
Police gave no indication as to the circumstances of the accident, which occurred early in the afternoon.
