PARIS, France: France will hold a minute's silence on Monday for the victims of a wave of deadly attacks on Paris, the office of Prime Minister Manuel Valls said today.

The observance will take place at midday (1100 GMT), and flags will be lowered to half mast, it said.

France is observing three days of mourning over the carnage, which killed 128 people and wounded more than 250 in the worst bloodshed in Europe since the 2004 Madrid train bombings.
