MADRID : Spain's Interior Ministry says police have arrested a Moroccan man who tried to recruit fighters for the ISIS from the Mediterranean city of Valencia.
The ministry says in a statement that the main used multiple social media profiles to attract sympathizers and was in contact with ISIS operatives in Syria and Iraq where fighting is underway.
