French President Francois Hollande today warned there will be no deal at an upcoming world climate summit unless it is binding.
"If there is not a binding accord, there will not be an accord," Hollande said at an EU-Africa summit in Malta after being asked about US Secretary of State John Kerry's comments that the deal would not include legally-binding commitments to reducing greenhouse gases.
