London:

An upcoming dancer has been described in a media report as the alleged secret lovechild of late Michael Jackson.

Omer Bhatti, 25, was allegedly born following Jackson's brief affair with his Norwegian nanny Pia, who is now married to the pop star's former Pakistani driver.

Pia and her Pakistani husband Riz, who are in their late 40s, worked for the 'King of Pop' in US before returning to Norway in early 80s.

Jackson, who died last month aged 50, is said to have told his friends in 2004 that Bhatti was born following a one-night stand in 1984, Sun online reported. And now his alleged son is reportedly planning to undergo a DNA test to discover the truth, Sun online reported.

Bhatti, 25, who has an uncanny resemblance to the pop star, was spotted sitting along side Jackson's family in the front row at the memorial, fuelling speculations about his relationship with the pop star.

When contacted about the memorial, Riz confirmed that Bhatti sat in the front row at Jackson's service.

"Yeah, yeah, I know because I was watching. I told my wife, 'Just wait until the press see this. It's not a small thing'."

However, Riz refused to confirm or deny that Bhatti was Jackson's son. He told reporters, "Make what you like. I don't want to discuss anything."

Jackson is believed to have sent two employees to Oslo to help his former nanny raise Bhatti after he was born.

Jackson first met his lovechild in 1996 in a hotel in Tunisia. Bhatti was 12-year-old at that time. The pop star and his alleged child started appearing in the public together soon after their first meeting and they even performed together.

Bhatti was also present when police raided Jackson's Neverland ranch in 1993 to investigate child abuse charges.

Jackson remained close to his son right until his death on June 25, the newspaper said.

"Loyalty is the most important thing for me. I have contact with Michael, and I think my loyalty to him is the reason we still have our contact. He is an unbelievably good human being," Bhatti, who idolises Jackson, had said in an interview in 2008.

The wannabe singer, who is trying to make a name for himself in the world of hip-hop, has adapted the stage name O-Bee and plans to stay in Los Angeles to develop his career.
