Obama and Romney in war of words over Osama

Washington: US President Barack Obama's re-election campaign issued a video last week that highlighted Romney, in reference to Osama bin Laden, where Romney remarked several years ago that it was "not worth moving heaven and earth spending billions of dollars just trying to catch one person."

Obama gave a steely defense of his handling of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden last year and his use of it in an ad campaign to brighten his re-election credentials a year later.
