Warsaw, Poland:
The shooter who killed five US police officers in Dallas was "demented" and does not represent African Americans, US President Barack Obama said on Saturday.
"The demented individual who carried out the attacks in Dallas, he's no more representative of African-Americans than the shooter in Charleston was representative of white Americans," Obama told a news conference at a NATO summit in Warsaw.
