French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has said it's up to her husband to decide whether to run for a second term in office in 2012 but adds "one term would satisfy me".
In an interview, Bruni-Sarkozy hailed her husband, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, as "someone who's committed from head to toe." She added: "It's his business (to decide) whether to run."
Asked about a survey in which a majority of respondents said she was not close enough to the French people, Bruni-Sarkozy said: "They don't see me as I really am."
