Melbourne: A Melbourne-bound Qantas plane carrying 249 passengers was forced to divert to Adelaide after crew discovered it did not have enough fuel.
A spokesman of the Australian national airliner Qantas said the A380 from Singapore made the unexpected pit stop around 5 am (local time), media reports said.
He said the low fuel supply was not the result of a leak.
