London:
The London conference on Afghanistan has ended but India and Pakistan seem to have taken the cold war between them a step further.
As the conference ended, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi accused India of being a divided house when dealing with Islamabad.
"I had a meeting with Mr Krishna in New York on the sidelines of UNGA. I gave him a very crisp proposal, a road map for future. He said he will get back to me but he hasn't. It means he has nothing to offer. It seems that the Indian polity is divided, India is confused, India does not know whether they should engage with Pakistan or they should shy away," he said.
His Indian counterpart, S M Krishna, sent out a cryptic message saying those sitting in the epicentre of terror should introspect.
Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Qureshi had earlier said India doesn't have the oomph to acknowledge any action taken by Pakistan. Controversially, he said the Pakistan Prime Minister was only being realistic when he said Islamabad could make no guarantees against another 26/11 strike.
