Pak had been warned about attacks: Rehman Malik
Lahore: As three law enforcement buildings came under concerted militant attack in Lahore on Thursday, Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik said there had been a warning about these attacks and termed them as "a strategy to destabilise the country."

Malik said there had been a warning about these attacks: "There is a red alert...Now they are attacking Punjab also. Our success in Swat has made militants desperate."

"The terrorists had faced resistance in all the three attacks in Lahore. The FIA is a government symbol and that is why it has been attacked," the minister said adding the militants were indulging in guerrilla warfare.
