Pakistan says wants early talks with India
Islamabad:

Pakistan's Foreign Office said on Thursday that Islamabad wanted early resumption of talks with India and that there were no terms for resumption of talks with India.

On the J&K issue, Pakistan said," "Government policy clear as far as Kashmir issue is concerned."  "Solution to Kashmir issue only way to lasting peace in region," it added.

"There is no confusion or compromise to be made on Kashmir issue... Pakistan is in touch with US for resolution of the Kashmir issue," the office said.

However, Pakistan said the statement of External Affairs Minister S Krishna was "positive".
