Pakistan is yet to respond to India's offer of $5 million as aid for its flood victims but a decision has been delayed as there is "sensitivity" involved in the relationship with India.
Pakistan's foreign office spokesman has told NDTV that the offer is being considered but there is no decision yet since ties with India are sensitive.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said his Indian counterpart S M Krishna offered the aid during a telephone conversation on Friday.
At least 1,500 people have died and around 20 million displaced by Pakistan's worst flooding in more than a century.
