Gabarone , Botswana:
Britain's princes appeared a bit nervous when they were asked to hold an 2.6 metre African rock python during a visit to a nature reserve near Gabarone in Botswana on Tuesday.
Prince Harry and his brother William settled the snake on their shoulders - Harry near the head, William near the tail - as they posed for photographers at the reserve's education centre.
But apparently the snake was even more nervous than the royals - as it promptly urinated on to the floor. John Aves, education director at the reserve, said the snake was scared and the urge to urinate was an automatic reflex.
While at the reserve, the princes also had the opportunity to play with the park's cheetahs!
The brothers' tour of southern Africa includes stops at charity projects in Botswana and Lesotho, and a visit to South Africa, which is hosting the World Cup. William is president of England's Football Association, which is bidding for the 2018 World Cup.
