Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman managed to escape from his cell despite a monitoring bracelet and 24-hour security camera surveillance, and likely was helped by prison officials, authorities said Monday
Interior Minister Miguel Angel Osorio Chong said that, if prison guards are found to have helped Guzman, it would constitute an act of "treason."
