Moscow: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu today on the sidelines of an Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe meeting in Belgrade, RIA news agency reported, citing a diplomatic source.
