Islamabad:

Taliban have began to pull back from Buner in Pakistan and stop thier advance on Islamabad which is just 100 km away. Buner was virtually taken over by Taliban.

The development comes after an agreement between Sufi Mohammad, the Taliban mediator, and the Pakistan government, and after Hillary Clinton said that Pakistan should focus on Taliban rather than India.

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton on Friday told Islamabad that it needs to focus less on India and more on extremism that is threatening to overrun Pakistan.

Hillary has said this after months of waiting for Islamabad to deliver on its promises to crack down on terror. The Obama administration is now talking tough on Pakistan.

"We have had a series of meetings with both Pakistanis and the Afghans, going in depth about how to get the Pakistani government to change their focus, from what they viewed as their existential threat, namely, India - to what we view as their existential threat -
namely, this extremist insurgency," said Clinton.
