Peshawar: Terror targetted Pakistan for the second time in two days. On Thursday, two bombs went off in crowded market areas of Peshawar's old city. At least 5 people were killed and more than a 100 injured.

The blasts come a day after terrorists targetted an ISI office and blew up a police building in Lahore.

The Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack.

A deputy of the Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud told BBC that the attack was in response to the army's operation in Swat. The caller, who identified himself as Hakimullah Mehsud, said, "We want the people of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Multan to leave those cities as we plan major attacks against government facilities in coming days and weeks."

But even before that claim, the Pakistan government announced a five million rupee reward to catch the top leader of the Taliban in Swat - Mullah Fazlullah, dead or alive.
