Peshawar: One person was killed after six terrorists in suicide jackets attacked the Christian Colony in Pakistan's Peshawar this morning.
Pakistani media reports say four terrorists have been killed in firing with security forces.
Firing is still on after it began around 6 am near the colony which lies close to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and the Warsak dam, Dawn online reported citing sources.
Explosions were heard in the area, witnesses claimed, and a helicopter was spotted.
Besides the police, the Frontier Corps and Pakistan Army commandos have reportedly been sent to the area, which has been cordoned off.
