London:
A boy, merely three-years-old has turned Britain's youngest vandal after police nabbed him damaging cars in a street close to his home.
The toddler, who is an astonishing seven years below the age of criminal responsibility, was noticed attacking a string of vehicles. But because of his age, a child only becomes responsible for their actions at the age of 10 - the police were powerless to take any action, the Daily Mail reported.
Details of this kid's crime spree in Kiveton Park, near Rotherham town, emerged after a Freedom of Information request was submitted to South Yorkshire police.
They revealed that other youngsters aged four, five and six had also been caught vandalising vehicles in separate incidents in the last six months.
And a further three 10-year-old boys were involved in a robbery at a snooker club in January.
In most cases, officers cannot even interview or detain suspects, unless they obtain an emergency order for their safety. And in cases children below ten are responsible, crimes are not recorded.
