Utah:
In a bizarre incident, Salt Lake City Police officers were led by naked woman on a chase through the city's suburbs. The woman, who is now undergoing a mental evaluation, stole two vehicles including a police cruiser. Police Capt. Tom Mc Lachlan said that, doctors do not believe drugs or alcohol could have led to the woman's erratic behavior.
The chase that finally ended when she was subdued with a stun gun after climbing a chain-link fence,made officers wade through the suburbs for as long as 3 hours. Mc Lachlan added, "It appears there may be mental issues involved." The woman is said to be in her early 30s, but her name was not being released.
Doctors are required produce a medical assessment report for charges to be pursued against her. The police are waiting for the doctors to finish their assessment.
