Russian President Vladimir Putin blasted Washington today for having an "unconstructive position" on Syria after the Kremlin said the United States declined to a host a senior delegation from Moscow.
"I believe this is an unconstructive position," Putin said on a visit to the Central Asian nation of Kazakhstan. "It looks like they have nothing to talk about."
