Watch Live: Another quake jolts Japan

A strong aftershock struck off the coast of northeast Japan on Monday as the Japanese government said it was preparing to expand the evacuation zone around a crippled nuclear power plant to address concerns over long-term exposure to radiation. This comes a month after a 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck on March 11 and caused a devastating tsunami.
