Jerusalem: A Palestinian rammed a car into a group of Israelis in the occupied West Bank today, injuring five of them, the army said, the latest in a series of such attacks.
The driver was "neutralised," according to police, who did not specify whether he was arrested, wounded or killed.
The Israeli victims were lightly injured in the incident near the flashpoint city of Hebron, according to the emergency services.
Earlier today a Palestinian rammed his car into Israeli soldiers at a bus station in the West Bank and was shot dead, police said.
There has been a wave of stabbings, shootings and car rammings by Palestinians against Israelis in recent weeks, as well as clashes between Palestinians and Israeli security forces.
At least 98 Palestinians, including an Israeli Arab, have been killed -- more than half of them alleged attackers.
The violence has also left 17 Israelis, an American and an Eritrean dead.
Attempts to ease the tensions, including a visit by US Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday, have so far proved unsuccessful.
Palestinian Islamist group Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, has called a day of rage for today.
