The Russian fighter jet had on Tuesday dumped fuel on the American drone.
The US European Command today released a video of the controversial encounter between an armed Russian Su-27 aircraft conducting what it called "an unsafe/unprofessional intercept" of an unmanned drone of the US Air Force over the Black Sea.
