Milwaukee: The Milwaukee County district attorney says the woman who was accused of injuring a 100-year-old Wal-Mart greeter and then taken to jail won't be charged.
John Chisholm says surveillance video from Nov. 28 shows the customer reaching for her receipt when Lois Speelman was knocked backward. Chisholm says the shopper, 37-year-old Kai Metcalf, never intended to make contact with Speelman.
The greeter had asked to check Metcalf's receipt. Chisholm says there were inconsistencies between what Speelman recollected and the video.
Metcalf's attorney Julius Kim says his client admits she could have used better judgment.
